The first edition of the Bienal de Dibujo at MARTE- Museo de Arte de El Salvador is up and running from December 2019 to March 2020. I am full of gratitude over the 10 days I spent back home, and getting to know my fellow contemporaries who I had only first met through social media beforehand. I definitely came back with an increased awareness and appreciation over the multiple ways drawing is used as a broad-raging and vital practice in the Central American region by all artists based there. A big shout out to all of you, and to my family who attended the opening night.
